Some veterans are having trouble signing up or signing in. The site uses a sign up to keep out the robots and trolls. There is a tutorial on the Quarterdeck page with instructions for those needing them. The sign up is short but is followed up with an email prompting you to set up a profile. This will screen out the robots. The term "Membership" confuses some. It is used here as site membership. Members of Squadrons and Shipmates, Inc. will be prompted to enter membership number. If you cannot find it, don't worry, just put in "Pending" and enter it later. For those who are not yet members, we will ask you to join. Again, "Pending" does the trick. Membership Applications are found on the tab above on the yellow band. Dues are a whopping $4.00 per year. We want all carrier sailors and airmen to join.

I would like to encourage shipmates from each ship or squadron to set up a page under the Groups tab. If there is already a group for your ship or squadron, please join it. This is a place to swap experiences and hopefully contact those long-lost friends of our youth. If you have a photo of your ship, please post it. The photos we have are generally the official photos from the National Archives. If you do not have a photo, I can put one up for your group as a header.
